Return & Refund Policy

At Loose Threads Co., every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind. We encourage you to review our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Defective or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at shop.loosethreadsco@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll issue a full refund.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 1 hours of purchase, before production begins. Once your item is in production, we're unable to cancel or modify the order.

Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it.
